1. Sponsor a family - Sponsors are provided a Wish List of gift ideas prepared by each mom and are asked to spend about $100 per family member. Families range from 2 to 5 members, and sponsors can select the family size they prefer.

2. Provide a filled stocking to each child - We can provide you a list of children's names and ages so each stocking can be personalized. We have 30 to 40 children in our programs.

3. Provide a box of cards and sheet of stamps to each of our program participants - There are 15 families at BP and 6 in PRIDE.

4. Coordinate a Santa Shoppe - A group is needed to collect small gift items then organize a "shop" on a Monday evening in December during which the children in our programs can select gifts for family members. Volunteers should also plan to help children wrap the gifts.

5. Provide a gift card to each family at Benedictine Place - Gift cards to Giant Eagle, Target, Kohl's, and K-Mart are always helpful to our women. For ease of distribution, we ask donors to provide 15 gift cards from the same store in the same amount.

6. Provide a gift card to each family in PRIDE - Gift cards to Giant Eagle, Target, Kohl's, and K-Mart are always helpful to our women. For ease of distribution, we ask donors to provide 6 gift cards from the same store in the same amount.

7. Provide food for our Holiday Party on Thursday, December 17 from 6:30 to 8:30 PM in the cafeteria at Benedictine Place- This could be dinner food (such as ham, corn, potatoes, etc.) or snacks (cheese and crackers, various dips, etc.). Donors could "cater" the whole event or provide as little as one tray of cookies and would be needed to assist program participants during the event. There will be approximately 100 people at the event.
